“Michael Polk Steps into New Leadership Role”

Implus Corporation, an industry leader in the consumer-packaged goods
sector, has recently announced the appointment of Michael Polk as Interim Chief
Executive Officer. This development follows the departure of Seth Richards,
previous CEO, and Todd Vore, President, opting to explore different opportunities.

Michael Polk is not new to the realm of executive roles in consumer products. Prior to his
appointment at Implus, Polk was the President and CEO at Newell Brands. His
leadership tenure extended from 2011 to 2019. Polk’s illustrious career also
includes significant roles at Kraft and Unilever, and he began his professional
journey at The Procter & Gamble Company.

His academic credentials further bolster Michael Polk’s executive prowess. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business
School and an undergraduate degree in operations research and industrial
engineering from Cornell University.

In his statement, Michael Polk expressed his enthusiasm at joining Implus Corporation and
Berkshire Partners. Polk shared his eagerness to work closely with the Implus
team, aiming to strengthen the company further and accelerate growth. His broad
experience and proven track record in the consumer products sector make Polk a
valuable addition to the leadership team at Implus. See related link for more information.
